The Quality Assurance and KPI Analyst will serve as the central performance monitoring and data validation authority across all subsidiaries (Trident Marine Trading Inc., JSB Investments Inc., Armoroc Trading, etc.). The officer will collect, validate, and report on individual and departmental KPIs, align performance to financial incentives, and collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of strategic targets.
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and/or KPI dashboard software
Experience in operations, HR, or finance coordination roles
Familiarity with performance-based incentive structures
Strong understanding of data validation and system interlinking
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and discreet
Effective communicator and team collaborator
Must be living close to Soesdyke or willing to commute to the location daily.
Design and implement a unified KPI dashboard for daily tracking across Sales, Operations, and Admin teams in all branches.
Collect raw data from Sales, Accounts, Operations, and Finance systems and translate it into measurable KPIs.
Flag and document all staff who qualify for incentive payments based on performance over target.
Submit validated reports to Finance for release of performance-based payments.
Work with HR to align hiring criteria, onboarding, and training to measurable KPIs.
Identify skills or knowledge gaps that hinder performance and recommend training interventions.
Work with Operations to improve systems or redefine KPIs where necessary.
Develop scorecards that reflect individual, team, and departmental achievements.
Identify underperformance trends and flag them for coaching or escalation.
Generate performance summaries for the CEO and Admin Team weekly.
