Mechanical Line Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Line Supervisor to oversee mechanical operations and ensure the smooth running of production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and team management.

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Mechanic

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Good communication and teamwork skills

●       Monitor the mechanical production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.

●       Supervise and coordinate the activities of line workers or technicians.

●       Allocate tasks based on skills, workload, and production goals.

●       Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

●       Ensure work orders are completed on time and to quality standards.

●       Adjust workflow or resources to meet daily/weekly targets.

●       Enforce safety standards and regulations on the production floor.

●       Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments.

●       Respond to and report incidents or accidents.

●       Suggest and help implement process improvements to reduce downtime or waste.
