We are seeking an experienced and dynamic branch manager to lead our team and operations effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving overall performance, driving profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service at the branch.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of business financials, budgets, and P&L management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive team performance and manage operational challenges
Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve set targets
Monitor branch financial performance and control expenses
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with company standards
Prepare and submit timely reports to management
