Brunel is seeking a Foreman to join operations in Guyana and work in a 6-month to 1-year contract (with possibility of extension) with a multinational company recognized as a leader in the energy and integrated logistics sector.
This professional will be responsible for directly supervising on-the-ground activities, ensuring the proper execution of daily operations, managing the team under their supervision, and enforcing safety and quality standards.
Previous experience in supervising or leading teams in industrial, logistics, or energy operations;
Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and field practices;
Ability to lead teams, organize tasks, and make decisions under pressure;
Clear and effective communication skills across all organizational levels;
Availability to work on a local basis in Guyana.
Oversee field operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards;
Coordinate work teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance;
Enforce safety, quality, and environmental requirements during operations;
Report operational deviations and improvement needs to management;
Provide practical guidance and technical support to the workforce;
Maintain continuous communication with supporting departments;
Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
