We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to the CEO to provide day-to-day administrative support. The role involves assisting with scheduling, meetings, basic office coordination, and light invoicing and payment preparation. This is a support role, not a finance position.
Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 4:00 PM
Sat - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
Assist with scheduling, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
Prepare basic documents, emails, and internal correspondence
Support routine office coordination and administrative tasks
Assist with basic record-keeping and organization
Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and external contacts
Carry out other administrative and support duties as assigned by the CEO
