f) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Point-of-Sale systems).
g) Positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude.
h) A valid driver’s license and ownership/access to a vehicle are required for this role.
1. Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Showcase, demonstrate, and explain features and benefits of products on display.
3. Provide accurate product information, quotations, and after-sales support to customers.
4. Process sales transactions in accordance with company procedures.
5. Ensure the showroom floor is neat, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
6. Monitor product displays and recommend adjustments for improved presentation.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries.
8. Assist in preparing promotional materials, signage, or displays for showroom campaigns.
9. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
10. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
