Operations Support Officer

The Operations Support Officer is responsible for verifying and validating the execution of installations, maintenance, and operational activities for a project. This role ensures that all reported data from field teams and schools—including delivery confirmations and work orders—are physically verified, documented, and compliant with project standards. The officer also provides clerical and operational support to maintain accuracy in reporting and ensure the sustainability of project operations.

• At least 5 CSEC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English A; TVET subjects are an asset.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project operations, field verification, or quality control.

• Familiarity with logistics and operations documentation (work orders, delivery notes, inventory forms).

• Knowledge of water purification systems or environmental sustainability projects (asset).

• Strong computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheets and data management tools.

• Conduct physical verification of deliveries, installations, and maintenance activities at schools, comparing against submitted documentation (Delivery Confirmations, Work Orders, Maintenance Requests).

• Validate field data entries in project tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

• Liaise with the Supply Chain Supervisor to reconcile discrepancies in deliveries, installations, or inventory usage.

• Prepare timely verification reports and provide updates to the Operations & Logistics Lead.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Operations & Logistics Lead or Project Lead.
