Quoting Engineer

Guysons is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quoting Engineer to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role where engineering meets business — you’ll prepare accurate and competitive quotations, build lasting client relationships, and provide technical sales support that drives growth and customer satisfaction.

Education: Engineering diploma (or related field). Equivalent technical sales experience will be considered.

Experience: Quoting and estimating.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Quoting & Estimation

Prepare clear, accurate, and competitive quotations.

Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure cost accuracy.

Analyze costs to support strategic pricing decisions.

Technical Support & Collaboration

Provide expert advice on product specifications and applications.

Support the development of tailored, innovative solutions.

Collaborate with design and production teams to assess feasibility.

Documentation & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate records of quotes, proposals, and client communications.

Review past data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuously refine the quoting process for efficiency and accuracy.
