Accounts Supervisor

The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the Courier Delivery Division within a dynamic cargo environment. This role involves managing cash operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations and monthly financial statements, and ensuring full compliance with VAT and other regulatory requirements. The Accounts Supervisor will also support monthly reporting and audits, contributing to accurate, transparent, and timely financial information while working closely with management to support operational and financial objectives.

• ACCA Level 1 or higher

• Minimum 3–5 years’ accounting experience (preferably in logistics, courier, or cargo sector).

• Strong knowledge of VAT reporting would be an asset

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Oversee daily accounting operations for the courier delivery unit including cash management

• Manage financial records, bank and cash reconciliations and monthly financial statements

• Ensure compliance with VAT and other regulatory requirements.

• Prepare /support monthly accounts and audits, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
