Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment support, and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes (posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)

  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records

  • Respond to employee HR-related queries

  • Support HR initiatives, trainings, and compliance activities
