Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment support, and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes (posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
Respond to employee HR-related queries
Support HR initiatives, trainings, and compliance activities
