Description

  • The butcher will work closely with the kitchen staff and prepare cuts as they require.

  • Will be required to work 6 days per week

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in using meat cutting and processing equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of different types of meat and their uses.

  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Food handlers certificate

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cut meat products to meet kitchen specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Assist with the operation of meat processing equipment.
