The butcher will work closely with the kitchen staff and prepare cuts as they require.
Will be required to work 6 days per week
Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using meat cutting and processing equipment.
Strong knowledge of different types of meat and their uses.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Food handlers certificate
Prepare and cut meat products to meet kitchen specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Assist with the operation of meat processing equipment.
