We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to our commercial team. This role is critical to streamlining our operations by handling order entry and related administrative tasks, allowing our sales representatives to focus fully on creating, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with order-entry or CRM systems
Accurately generate and process order entries promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders and sales data.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth order flow and quick turnaround.
Assist with preparing sales reports and documentation as required.
Provide responsive support to internal teams and customers for order-related queries.
