Description

Daily sales operations by coordinating truck dispatch, updating system records, preparing reports, assisting drivers, and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate delivery processes.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing 

Or 3 Subjects CXC/ GCE ‘O’ Level (Including Mathematics & English Language) 

Responsibilities

  1. Dispatching Sales Trucks Daily.

2. Input Paring in the System Daily.

3. Prepare a Daily out-of-stock report.

4. Route Efficiency – daily check on routes returning stocks and prepare reports.

5. Close incomplete orders in the system.

6. Consult with the vehicle workshop regarding trucks to service, breakdown, exchange, etc.

7. Prepare monthly assignment sheets for Drivers and Sales Assistants
