A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources management or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, and continuously improve HR strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
