The Finance/Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing payroll processing and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role supports the Chief Finance Officer in maintaining financial integrity, preparing reports, and ensuring proper coordination between Finance, HR, and Operations.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in payroll and finance supervision.
Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting principles, and local tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Supervise and coordinate the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances prior to payroll finalization.
Ensure statutory deductions (NIS, PAYE, Income Tax, etc.) are calculated and remitted on time.
Maintain accurate payroll and employee financial records.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and submit to CFO and HR for review.
Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Oversee daily financial operations including petty cash, invoices, and expense tracking.
Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and leave payouts.
Maintain confidentiality of employee financial and personal information.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and statutory regulations.
Supervise junior finance staff and provide guidance and training where necessary.
