A data entry clerk's main responsibilities are to ensure that the organization's customers database is accurate, up-to-date and organized.
At least 5 Subjects Csec inclusive of Mathematics and EDPM
Minimum 1 year working experience in similar or related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel
Accurately inputting data from various sources (e.g., documents, forms, spreadsheets) into computer systems or databases.
Ensuring that information in databases and systems remains current and accurate by making necessary changes.
Checking the information entered for correctness and completeness against source documents or other data sources.
Organizing and maintaining files both physical and digital files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Ability to type accurately and quickly.
Maintaining accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Being able to manage and organize data effectively.
Being able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
