As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets, while maintaining a strong brand presence in the Guyanese market.
Bachelor’s degree in a Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any Relative Field and proven experience as a Sales Manager with a record of exceeding targets.
Possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A valid Guyanese driver's license and proper working vehicle.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, including managing recruitment and training.
Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Monitor and Analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Attend industry functions, conferences, and promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
