Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle phone/email inquiries

• Sell bikes, accessories, and service packages

• Schedule and manage bike repairs and tune-ups

• Check bikes in/out and communicate service updates

• Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges

• Coordinate with mechanics on service and availability

• Maintain clean, organized sales(showroom) and front desk areas

• Assist with inventory and opening/closing duties
