Description

Sell the Company’s products to customers and arrange for adequate stock; maintain customer service and relations and handle customer complaints; observe traffic regulations and keep vehicle in working order; maintain performance and quality standards and good housekeeping practices.

Requirements

3 Subjects CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 Years Related Work Experience or

Sound Secondary Education with 2- 3 Years Related Work Experience

Valid Driver’s License for Lorry

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing customer feedback, improve customer relations and service, and provide responses to Brand Managers/Supervisors.

Collect Route Book, check list of customers to be serviced and pick up stationery.

Record customer purchases, collect payments/advise on credit and deliver products to customers.

Notify the customer about next delivery date.

Driver/Salesman may be liable for repair or replacement cost resulting from the improper use of equipment
