Requirements

Expectations & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Asana, Quickbooks Online, Google Workspace, Slack, iMessage, and Canva

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Comfortable proofing, editing, and polishing content

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines

  • Responsive, accessible, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident in asking questions, seeking clarity, and taking initiative when things are ambiguous

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

  • Enthusiastic team player with a no-task-too-small mindset

  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive or personal matters

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send proactive reminders

  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, messages, and emails without waiting for prompts

  • Keep the Founder accountable and aligned with daily, weekly, and long-term priorities

  • Draft, send, and respond to professional and personal communications

  • Represent The MLH Agency professionally via phone, video, and written correspondence

  • Organize digital files and maintain clear documentation

  • Assist with light research, coordination, and administrative support across projects

  • Handle personal matters with care, discretion, and reliability

  • Generate Invoices and lodge expenses using Quickbooks Online

Marketing Support

  • Provide day-to-day assistance across marketing initiatives, including scheduling, asset coordination, and administrative follow-up

  • Draft copy for email campaigns, social media posts, and internal documents

  • Help manage and update Asana boards for client and internal projects

  • Conduct light research to support content creation, competitor audits, and strategic planning

  • Coordinate deliverables across internal creative teams and external vendors

  • Organize and maintain shared drives, project folders, and creative assets

  • QA marketing materials (emails, social, print, etc.) for typos, links, and brand consistency

  • Support client meetings and brainstorms by taking notes, summarizing action items, and following up on next steps
