- Holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Guyana or an equivalent qualification.
- Possesses proven experience in marketing, sales, and accounting within a B2B environment, ideally related to office furniture.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
- Has exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building solid client relationships.
- Exhibits strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and sales performance.
- Is proficient in relevant marketing and accounting software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, MS Office, QB, MS Excel).
- Shows the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with reliable transportation.

- Oversee daily operations and coordinate marketing and sales activities to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and accounts team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular accounting and sales reports, tracking performance metrics to provide insights for improvement.
