Laundry Attendant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure all customer laundry is handled with care, processed efficiently, and returned on time. This role includes washing, drying, folding, organizing orders, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

• Previous laundry or retail experience is a plus (but not required—we train).

• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on schedule rotation.

• Residing nearby is a plus.

• Receive and tag customer laundry orders using our POS system (Square).

• Wash, dry, and fold laundry following company standards.

• Ensure each order is neatly packed, labeled, and completed accurately.

• Check for stains, damage, or missing items and report issues to management.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, machines, and counters.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.

• Track inventory and notify management when restocking is needed.

• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
