Greet and serve customers promptly and politely.
Operate POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately.
Restock and maintain concession stand items.
Oversee daily shift operations and supervise team members.
Authorize use of POS/cash registers.
Monitor staff performance, resolve customer concerns, and report to Floor Manager.
Manage overall concession operations and staff performance.
Approve overtime and ensure attendance compliance.
Train, coach, and support staff while maintaining high service standards.
Handle escalated customer complaints and prepare daily reports.
Assist with basic food preparation and packaging.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
Wash utensils, handle supplies, and support chefs/supervisors.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Supervisory roles (Floor Manager, Shift Supervisor) require prior leadership experience.
