To manage the Company’s Operations and promote sales in the County of Berbice ensuring that the Company’s Sales target is met. Also to ensure good customer service relationship and all Financial & Sales procedures and Company systems are monitored closely to ensure that there are no discrepancies
Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Oversee Warehouse, Sales and Accounting operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing Company’s policies and procedures.
Manage Line Supervisors and all Staffing assigned to Branch Operations
Ensure that stocks are available in the retail and wholesale trade by monitoring and maintenance of Stock levels at the Branch
Achieves financial objectives by managing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Maximization of credit as an effective Marketing tool.
Setting sales targets for respective sales routes in keeping with the Company’s overall sales target.
Daily consultation with Sales Supervisors/Teams to ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
Design and implement a strategic business plan for Berbice that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong presence
Preparation of monthly report for the Sales Manager/Accounts Department in a timely manner.
Together with other principals from other departments ensure that all vehicles are maintained as per procedures.
Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Monitor time-keeping, discipline and Staff development within the branch.
Adhering to health and safety regulations.
Observance of Company’s rules and policies.
