We are seeking a talented and experienced Storekeeper ensures the efficient management of food, beverages, and related supplies, maintaining stock levels, quality control, and timely distribution to support catering operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in Inventory or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Experience in store keeping, particularly in food and beverage or catering industries.
Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and inventory management practices.
Familiarity with inventory software and record-keeping systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle perishable goods with care and efficiency.
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks when needed.

Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and document food, beverage, and supply deliveries.
Maintain accurate stock records, including expiration dates and batch numbers.

Storage and Organization:
Store items properly according to food safety standards (e.g., FIFO method).
Organize shelves and storage areas for quick access and efficient space utilization.
Ensure temperature-controlled storage for perishable items.
Issuance and Distribution:
Process requisitions and distribute items to kitchen and service teams.
Coordinate timely delivery of goods to meet catering schedules.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect goods for quality, damage, or spoilage and report discrepancies.
Monitor expiration dates to minimize waste.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Prepare inventory usage and cost reports for management.
Safety and Hygiene Compliance:
Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene standards in storage and handling.
Keep storage areas clean, sanitized, and pest-free.
Equipment and Security:
Maintain and secure storage facilities and equipment.
Monitor and report maintenance needs for refrigeration or storage units.
