We are looking for a motivated and expeirence Radio Manager to join our dynamic team. The Radio Manager is responsible for the overall management of the radio station, including programming, budget management, staff supervision, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcasting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for radio.
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in radio broadcasting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of radio programming, and operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in digital audio software and broadcasting equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, if needed.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Programming Management: Develop and oversee radio programming schedules, ensuring a diverse range of content that appeals to the target audience.
Content Creation: Collaborate with producers and hosts to create engaging and relevant content, including music selections, talk shows, and special programming.
Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage on-air talent, producers, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the station’s operating budget, ensuring effective cost control while maximizing revenue generation.
Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the station and increase listener engagement. Plan events and promotions to enhance community involvement.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the station adheres to all industry regulations and standards, including FCC rules and copyright laws.
Listener Engagement: Foster relationships with listeners through social media, community events, and listener feedback. Maintain an active presence in the community to enhance the station's reputation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor audience ratings, analyze listener demographics, and report on station performance metrics. Make data-driven decisions to improve programming and marketing strategies.
Crisis Management: Address any on-air issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring swift and effective resolutions while maintaining professional standards.
