The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks within an office environment to ensure efficiency.
Passes of no less than five (5) CSEC (general proficiency level) subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics. At least one (1) year's experience in an office environment.
Competent user of Microsoft Office package and Quickbooks.
Prior experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
Dependable, trustworthy and respect for the confidentiality of information.
Managing schedules.
Handling correspondence.
Organizing meetings.
Maintaining records.
Compiling productivity and efficiency reports using KPI metrics.
Taking detailed minutes of meetings.
