Support the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and punctuality
Coordinate projects across departments (design, digital, and production)
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery
Contribute to business planning, growth initiatives, and process improvements
Prepare reports and assist with administrative and strategic tasks
