Job Location

Tract G4 – G5, Land Of Canaan, East Bank Demerara, Guyana.

Description

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of rental drill strings and downhole tools and equipment.

  • Coordinate rental equipment bookings, ensuring timely delivery and pickup for clients.

  • Schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of rental equipment to ensure its reliability.

  • Generate rental contracts, invoices, and related documentation.

  • Assist in the processing of manufacturing orders, ensuring accurate and on-time production.

  • Collaborate with the machine shop team to monitor the progress of manufacturing orders.

  • Maintain a database of manufacturing materials and inventory levels.

  • Prepare production reports and update customers on order status.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to address their needs.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients seeking information on rentals, manufacturing, and job servicing.

  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and internal teams.

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for rental and manufacturing activities.

  • Prepare reports on rental utilization, manufacturing output, and job servicing metrics.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient workflow processes.

  • Any other related duties to support the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives asked by their superior or management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degrees in business, finance, project management.

  • 3+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers.

  • Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.

  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and regulations.

  • Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results.

  • Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited.

  • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once.

  • Leadership and motivation to guide team members in making consistent progress.

  • Goal-setting to set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress.
