Description

Farfan & Mendes- A Crosbie Member Company is looking for dynamic individuals to fill the roles of Technicians within the Alternative Energy Department.

Requirements

  • GTI Graduate Electrical Diploma or equivalent

  • Five (5) CSEC Subjects including Mathematics and English A

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills with keen attention to details

  • Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Driver’s license would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Follow directives from Project Engineers for Solar PV & Potable Water Installations

  • Perform tests on equipment in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, work instructions and guidelines

  • Learn to conduct inspections and prepare clear and concise technical reports

  • Perform mathematical problems/calculations quickly and accurately

  • Model safe behaviour always, and actively participate in safety improvement exercises
