The Executive Assistant is a professional who mainly supports the manager in office operations across the organization, ensures proper functioning of the departments, and attributes the staff adequately to carry out their functions effectively
Diploma in Communications or any other related field
Minimum 2-year of work experience in Admin or similar fields
CXC minimum inclusive of Mathematics l/ll & English l/ll
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Team building, Punctual, Supervisory skills & Problem-solving ability
Working knowledge of preparing documents for various office sections
Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written & Verbal)
Good working knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
Development and commissioning of systems, policies, procedures & forms concerning the Admin department
Ensuring adequate resources are available for meetings conducted within the Organization
Coordinate support services such as organizing Business trips, traveling, hotel, rentals, and accommodation for ex-pats
Organize and schedule appointments for or as directed by executives.
Perform various administrative activities to promote the overall efficient performance of the office
Manage emails, letters, packages, and other forms of correspondence as directed by the Executives.
Develop and maintain filing systems
