Booking parts from the warehouse.
Collecting and delivering parts to customers.
Processing invoices for payment.
Processing orders from Service Centre, if parts are not available, preparing orders for outsourcing.
Providing customers with advice and guidance regarding their parts.
Answering phone calls and giving price quotations, among other information requested by the customer.
