Technical assistant is required to perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, process invoices, manage vendor payments, and manage calendars and appointment scheduling.
· Bachelor’s Degree in any Administrative related field.
· Adaptable
· Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
· Minimum of (2) years’ experience in the administrative field.
· Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work under strict supervision.
· Ability to read and interpret technical data.
· Good time-management skills.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Answering telephones and taking messages.
Checking daily sign in/out sheets and completing timesheets.
Assist Admin supervisor, where necessary.
Printing and filing documents.
Document control
Composing emails.
Completion of weekly reports
Scheduling meetings.
Organizing department travel arrangements.
Liaising with sub-contractors for invoice preparation.
Provide technical support to Project Managers.
Liaison between different departments to relay business-related information.
Other duties as assigned.
