Description
We are searching for an external sales representative to assist in servicing the developing Construction Market throughout Guyana. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Requirements
· Five (5) CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English A
· Mechanical or Engineering background/ ability to speak Spanish would be an asset
· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales with knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of ERPs and CRMs would be an asset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
