We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales and managing customer relationships. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services, as well as staying up to date with industry trends and developments. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or other related disciplines preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.

  • Knowledge of current automotive trends and developments.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  2. Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.

  3. Conduct test drives with customers and answer any questions or concerns.

  4. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome.

  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate new leads.

  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets.

  7. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide customers with accurate information.

  8. Track and report sales activities, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to senior management.
