Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car sales company to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role coordinates sales support, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administraton, Management or a related field.

·         Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business goals.

·         Excellent organizational , communication and problem solving abilities.

·         Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations and inventory management.

·         Customer focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

·         Valid Driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service and administration functions.

·         Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive actions.

·         Collabrate with various departments to ensure smooth inventory management, vehicle displays and timely maintenance.

·         Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.

·         Develop and execute sales and operational plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

·         Drive implementation of operational strategies to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

·         Build and maintain relationships with client, addressing their concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

·         Knowledge of social media management and analytics.
