• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language (Grades I–III).

• Relevant qualifications or studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Insurance or a related discipline.

• One to three (1–3) years of relevant experience in claims processing, customer service, logistics or a related field.

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

• Receive, review, investigate and coordinate customer claims relating to cargo, shipments and other service-related matters.

• Ensure claims are accurately documented, processed and resolved in accordance with company policies and established timelines.

• Liaise with customers, insurance providers, internal departments and other relevant parties to facilitate timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate claims records, monitor outstanding cases and provide regular status updates.

• Investigate discrepancies, coordinate supporting documentation and escalate complex claims as necessary.

• Prepare claims reports, correspondence and supporting documentation for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, applicable regulations and confidentiality requirements.
