Senior Finance Officer

To perform a variety of Finance / accounting tasks related to accounts payables, inventory, accounts receivables, general ledger and fixed asset management; ensuring that all aspects of the Finance function are carried out in a correct and efficient manner.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance along with at least ACCA level 2, with 5 years accounting experience and a knowledge of accounting software including Sage.

OR

• Completion of ACCA or another accounting designation with 3 years accounting experience and a knowledge of accounting software including Sage.

1. Proficient in accounting systems, with specific experience in SAGE and/or similar ERP and accounting systems. Experience in SAGE Intacct would be advantage.

2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Excellent analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.

4. Detail oriented, with a readiness to Champion best practices.

5. Effective oral and written communication skills.

6. A strong record of achieving results and meeting deadlines.

7. High level of interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

1. To maintain and apply financial and accounting practices and policies in order to support the operation.

2. To perform the preparation of accounts including monthly reporting, maintaining financial records, and processing related data.

3. To delegate and distribute finance related tasks where required and necessary.

4. To provide sound financial feedback to the Finance Manager.
