Finance Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company's financial department, ensuring accurate accounting records, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and leading a team of accounting clerks or assistants

✓ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, with supervisory experience (preferably in a distribution or retail environment).

✓ Qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field.

✓ Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.

✓ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

✓ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of records.

• Monitor and control expenses, budgets and forecasts.

• Prepare financial reports and present findings to management.

• Supervise and support the finance team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist with audits and other financial-related tasks as required.
