Food and Beverage Attendant

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant to assist with serving food and beverages, preparing dining areas, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel or restaurant service experience

• A valid food handler certificate

• Secondary school education or CXC would be an asset

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Knowledge of menu items, table settings and serving procedures

• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional appearance and cinduct

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced evironment

• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Take orders accurately and provide efficient table service

• Follow menu, table-setting and serving procedures

• Maintain food and beverage service standards

• Follow food hygiene and sanitation practices

• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally

• Work effiectively as part of the service team
