District Manager

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations within his assigned district, supervising security officers and supervisors, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements, managing staff attendance and punctuality, addressing operational issues, and submitting regular reports to senior management. Must ensure that all assigned security locations are properly staffed and that officers maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, and performance.

• Must have sound primary and secondary education background. Five CXC subjects including Maths and English.

• Experience in the Military or Police Force will be a plus.

• The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for team development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Supervise and manage security officers and daily security operations within the assigned district.

• Ensure all security posts are properly staffed and shifts are covered according to approved duty rosters.

• Conduct routine and surprise site inspections to monitor attendance, performance, uniform standards, and compliance with post orders.

• Address staff absenteeism, lateness, misconduct, and other operational issues.

• Provide guidance and support to security officers while promoting discipline and professionalism.

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including staffing updates, site inspections, incidents, and emergencies.

• Respond to emergencies, assist with investigations, and coordinate relief officers when necessary.
