Graphics Artist

MovieTowne Guyana is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to bring our vibrant brand to life across digital, print, and in-house media. You will play a key role in designing engaging visual content that supports our cinema, mall events, restaurant promotions, and overall entertainment experience. This is a dynamic role for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and entertainment-driven environment.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, entertainment, or hospitality.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design principles across both print and digital platforms.

• Familiarity with social media trends and ability to design engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Design promotional materials for MovieTowne’s cinema, mall events, restaurants, and tenants (e.g., posters, flyers, menus, banners, social media content, and digital screens).

• Develop branding and visual identity elements for campaigns, in-house events, and themed promotions.

• Create and edit engaging motion graphics and video teasers for social media and digital signage.

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Events team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and execute them from concept to completion.

• Design weekly movie schedules.

• Ensure all visuals align with MovieTowne’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.

• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Assist in photography, video shoots, and visual content creation for promotional use.

• Maintain and organize a digital archive of design files and creative assets.

• Assist the marketing team with promotions, activities and events.
