Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing knowledgeable and efficient service to our customers.

The role includes:

• Interfacing directly with customers and assisting with product selection and sales

• Preparing and following through on quotations, orders and customer requests

• Conducting customer follow-ups by phone and other communication channels

• Using our computerized QuickBooks sales system for daily transactions

• Assisting with stock movement, stock transfers and availability checks

• Supporting the organization and presentation of product displays and the sales floor

• Observing customer demand and product trends and providing useful feedback to management and the Imports team

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure customer requests are followed through from inquiry to completion

Requirements / Experience That Will Strengthen Your Application

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience

• Strong computer literacy and ability to work efficiently with computerized sales systems

• Previous experience using QuickBooks or another POS/sales system will be strongly considered

• Experience or knowledge of mining parts, tools, equipment or dredging applications will be a significant advantage

• Strong communication, customer service and follow-through skills

• Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

Salary: GYD $180,000 gross per month
