Description
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of Aura Manufacturing Inc. and act as a key link between customers, management, design, production, delivery and installation.
The position will be responsible for customer enquiries, quotations, site visits, measurements, order administration and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, gather project requirements, arrange consultations, maintain customer records, and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Quotations:Prepare and issue quotations for kitchens, cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, and stone products; review specifications; obtain supplier pricing; calculate material, labour, delivery, and related costs; and track outstanding quotations.
Site Visits & Measurements: Schedule and attend site visits, take accurate measurements and photographs, document site conditions and potential installation issues, prepare measurement reports, and provide information to the Kitchen Designer.
Order & Project Administration: Process confirmed orders, maintain customer files, record deposits/payments, ensure approved drawings are available, track project progress, and communicate changes internally.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate site surveys, customer appointments, production delivery dates, and installation schedules while keeping customers informed of delays or changes.
Office Administration: Manage calls, emails, correspondence, filing systems, customer databases, quotation and order records, and prepare invoices or coordinate invoicing with Finance.
