Description

Maintain laboratory etiquette and observe standard operating procedures and practices; maintain performance and quality standards, and house- keeping practices.

Requirements

  • Associates' Degree in Biology/Chemistry

    OR

  • Diploma in Agro Processing or Ordinary Diploma in Science (GTI), 5 Subjects CXC/GCE 'O' Level (inclusive of Mathematics, English & Integrated Science, Food Nutrition & Health).

Responsibilities

  • Observe laboratory etiquette and performance standards.

  • Maintain safety, health and environmental standards.

  • Observe the required standards in the preparation of doughs.

  • Examine and assess all raw materials/finished products and remove/extract impurities from them

  • Verify that raw materials and products meet the required standard of quality stipulated

  • Analyze, compare and contrast samples and record the relevant data.
