Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences
Provide information on available vehicles, specifications, and pricing
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a professional manner
Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories in the automotive industry
Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
