Bacheor's Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
Experience in P&L Management
Strong background in opening restaurants

Ensure the economic sustainability of the entity and the monitoring of procurement and production costs.
Payroll according to the group's standards.
Ensure the implementation and application of HACCP.
Provide the right supply of sites and define an effective purchasing policy.
Ensure the application of Group procedures and standards on the sites (operations, finance, etc. purchasing, storage, QHSE).
Support the Operation Director to organize and manage teams, unit operations, supply chain and production teams.
Ensure through regular site visits and appropriate checks that execution of defined actions occur.
Assist the Operations Director in overseeing the recruitment process based on budget.
Develop teams (evaluations and training) with the objective of development of quality of service, performance, responsiveness, sales and quality of service.
Implement and use internal software according to the Group's standards.
Assist in maintaining a good social climate, setting up and developing new and existing agreements.
Report to the Operation Director any anomaly or malfunction that may hinder operations.
Ensure the smooth running of all operations under your authority.
