Construction Foreman

Pacific Rim Constructors (Guyana) Inc. (PRC) is a total construction management and equipment rental solution provider which serves a broad range of customers in the oil and gas and construction industries.  In a bid to strengthen our team, we are looking for self-motivated and results oriented individual to fill the following vacant position of Construction Foreman. The Construction Foreman is responsible for leading the crew to complete daily tasks related tot he project scope.

Applicants Must:

·Have previous experience in land development and /or ground works with at least 3 years’ proven experience as a Foreman in an Oil and Gas or Construction environment;

· Have knowledge of PPE and basic safety precautions;

· Have basic knowledge of MS Office;

· Have the ability to work independently, work flexible hours and to meet deadlines.

. Ability to perform all tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner.

Principle Responsibilities:

· Interpret project drawings accurately and direct workforce task according to detailed specifications;

. Inspect work to ensure job quality and communicate with sub-contractors;

. Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members;

. Arranges the workforce into its working groups across the work site;

. Documenting, recording and approving work performed, materials used, equipment operated;

. Ensuring there is record of shift attendance;

·  Ensure all workforce follow laid down HSE procedures and regulations when on site;

. Ensure the operators check the work site being operated during the shift complies with the relevant PRC/Client standards.
