Description

Handling administrative tasks, such as managing spreadsheets and tracking emails. Optimising spreadsheets for the analytics of government grants and partnerships. Agent will be highly trained on admin tasks, excel and other data handling tasks.

Requirements

Desired Experience Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data handling tools:

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

    • Experience in manipulating large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including but not limited to:

    • Handling spreadsheets, data entry, and data management.

    • Tracking and organizing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Optimize spreadsheets for analytics related to government grants and partnerships:

    • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track grant applications, funding sources, and partnership opportunities.

    • Analyze data within spreadsheets to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for government agencies and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
