We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while actively contributing to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a proactive approach to both customer support and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

  • Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and handling challenging situations with professionalism.

  • Sales Acumen: Experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Answering Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring all communications are clear and helpful.

  • Processing Returns: Handle the return process efficiently, including coordinating with warehouse staff and updating customer records as needed.

  • Handling Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on finding solutions that meet company policies and customer satisfaction.

  • Providing Product Information: Offer detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.

Sales Support:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.

  • Following Up on Leads: Maintain regular contact with leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into customers.

  • Managing the Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient progress towards sales goals.
